13/07: alvis
Wow its nearly done. This Alvis has just been restored by a good friend Bob Brown and my contribution was on the bodywork and paintwork. Jon Fry played a part with work on the electrics and technical assistance, including wheel alignment. Unfortunately I dont have a picture pre restoration, but unbelievably, the project was started less than a year ago.
This is my 46 Hillman that is the major project under way. Currently upside down and totally stripped down. Hopefully the up to date pictures will appear here shortly. This summers aim is to complete welding underneath and get the beauty turned back on to its four legs. I dont envisage this fellow getting to the Alvis stage for a couple of years!!!!!
